 
Joseph T. Vu, DMD, MPH, MBA
Dr. Vu graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2002, while concurrently completing his Master of Public Health degree at the University of South Florida College of Public Health. Following dental school, Dr. Vu completed a dental public health residency at the University of Florida in 2003, which encompassed community dentistry, oral oncology, and oral medicine. Dr Vu also completed his Master of Business Administration degree at Saint Leo University in 2007.
Aside from his strong educational background, Dr. Vu is a caring and gentle dentist that places the wellbeing and comfort of his patients above all. Dr. Vu’s practice focuses on cosmetic, implant, and comprehensive general dentistry. His primary concern and commitment is to maintain the overall dental and oral health of the patient. His practice ethics is centered on the philosophy of care and service that serves to exceed patient’s expectations.
In order to provide the highest quality of care for his patients, Dr. Vu remains current with the latest advances in dentistry by attending many meetings, continuing education, and workshops. He also keeps close affiliations with his colleagues, professors, and the dean at the University of Florida College of Dentistry in Gainesville. He has obtained fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologist and associate fellowship status in the World Clinical Laser Institute. Dr. Vu is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, World Clinical Laser Institute, and International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Vu is also certified in Invisalign with both Certifications I and II, and he has also received training in CEREC technology, implants, laser dentistry, and Lumineers. Dr. Vu is currently pursuing interests in oral medicine, cosmetic dentistry, and dental practice management.
